API Version Support
The integration calls the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud business REST API (v2.0). Business Central exposes two complementary surfaces that the integration uses together — the standard API v2.0 endpoints and ODataV4 web services — under your environment's base address. Because Business Central does not push live webhook events for these flows, records are captured from Business Central on a recurring poll and on demand through a Manual Sync. This integration targets the cloud business API and is not built for on-premises deployments. Customers, companies, contacts, and orders carry their addresses. When the company-hierarchy option is enabled, a company's direct parent-company link is captured (limited to Person relationships). Invoices flow both ways — invoices are written into Business Central, and posted sales invoices are captured back into iPaaS.com. Locations, product and customer categories, product inventory, shipping methods, and posted sales invoices are capture-only (read-only in Business Central).
