API Version Support
The integration works with the Epicor Prophet 21 API, reached at your Prophet 21 environment's host with the credentials configured in your subscription's connection settings. Because Prophet 21 does not push live events for these flows, records are captured on a recurring poll and on demand through a Manual Sync.
