Background

Given that Jotform's fields will be unique for each form, custom fields need to be created in both Jotform and iPaaS.com and then unique mappings will need to be created in iPaaS.com.

iPaaS.com supports mapping fields on a parent customer record with children records for customer address(es) and customer categories.

Accessing Field Names in Jotform

Once the form is complete, edit your form and, for each field:

  1. Click on the settings for that field

  2. Click on Advanced

  3. Under field details, you will see a Unique Name

    1. In some cases, you will have multiple fields in a Unique Name. For instance, if is a fullname field, you will be able to append the Field IDs. In the below example, your field in iPaaS.com for first name would be fullname3.first_3. If you wanted to use combined value, you would use fullname3.
