Prerequisites
Before setting up the Copper CRM integration in iPaaS.com, ensure the following settings are configured in your iPaaS subscription:
API URL:
https://api.copper.comAPI Key:
Navigate to
Settings > Integrations > API Keysin Copper CRM.Click Generate API Key.
Copy the generated API Key and save it for use in your iPaaS subscription.
Note: The API Key is required to subscribe to Copper CRM webhooks. OAuth can be used for other types of requests.
Installation Instructions
Follow these steps to configure and authenticate the Copper CRM integration:
Define the API URL:
Navigate to the Copper CRM subscription settings in iPaaS.com.
Enter the API URL:
https://api.copper.com.Save your settings.
Authenticate with OAuth (Optional):
If using OAuth for authentication:
Click the Connect icon within iPaaS Copper CRM subscription settings.
Log in to Copper CRM.
Click on Authorize when prompted.
Refresh the iPaaS Subscription:
After configuring the API Key or completing OAuth authentication, refresh the Copper CRM subscription page in iPaaS.com.
Verify that an Access Token is now displayed.
Verify Active Connections in Copper CRM:
Log in to Copper CRM and navigate to:
Settings > Integrations > Active Connections.Confirm that the iPaaS connection appears as active.
