How to Connect
Prerequisites
Before setting up the Microsoft Teams integration in iPaaS.com, ensure you have the following values:
API URL:

To obtain the Group ID:
Open the Microsoft Teams app and log in.
Select the three dots (
...) next to the group name.Click Get link to team.
Example URL:

Copy the Group ID value found after
groupId=and before any&character. In the above example this is3a4d7ed8-ebaa-45be-81f0-4fc018e30f79
Configure Subscription Settings
Navigate to the Microsoft Teams subscription settings in iPaaS.com and provide the following information:

Authentication Methods
OAuth Authentication
After saving the required subscription settings, re-open the Microsoft Teams subscription in iPaaS.com.
Click the Authenticate button in the top toolbar.
If prompted by Microsoft, confirm and allow access to the integration.
Log out of any other Microsoft account if needed:
Visit this URL to sign out of all Microsoft services:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf
Once the OAuth process is complete:
Refresh the subscription.
Confirm that both the Access Token and Refresh Token are present in the subscription settings.
Initialization Support
Currently, initialization is not supported for MSTeams in iPaaS.com. All data synchronization and mappings must be configured manually during the integration process.
Throttling
Throttling ensures that MSTeams' API isn’t overwhelmed by excessive API calls, preserving system performance during heavy data transfers.
While the throttling fields are required, the values are pre-populated by the integration settings. For more details, refer to Subscription Configuration – Edit.
