Welcome

We’re excited to introduce our new and improved Help Center for iPaaS.com! With a modern interface and a wealth of updated content (with more to come), this Help Center makes it easier than ever to find answers and get support. We’ve created this guide to help you navigate the new system and ensure a smooth transition.

What type of information is in the new Help Center?

We have a variety of documents about using iPaaS.com and our integrations. You can explore it at support.ipaas.com.

How do I request support?

You can request support by:

  1. Chatting us within your iPaaS.com account

  2. Emailing us at support@ipaas.com.

Our support methods are fully integrated, so whether you start a conversation via chat or email, you’ll receive responses seamlessly through both channels. For example, you can start a chat in your iPaaS.com account and continue the conversation via email.

Note that if you are not an iPaaS.com user, or not currently able to login to an iPaaS.com account, you will only be able to access support via email.

When can I expect a response to my request?

Our team is committed to providing timely support and will respond to all requests within 1 business day.

How can I see my past support requests?

Any support requests that have been created in our new system can be seen in the chat modal under chats or tickets:

Previous requests are still available in our old system at https://support.theredrook.com/support/login. These will be migrated over to this new system in early 2025 and all new requests should be created in the new system.

What if I do not have or know my iPaaS.com login?

If you do not remember your iPaaS.com password you can reset it at https://portal.ipaas.com/auth/forget.

If you do not believe you have an iPaaS.com login, please reach out to us at support@ipaas.com with the name of your company and we will look into setting one up for you. This will require us to gain permission from an authorized user of your account. To expedite this process, you can ask an authorized user to add you to the account, or you can ask an authorized user to open a ticket asking us to provide you with access to their account.

I still have questions…

If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@ipaas.com.
