Installation Instructions for Integration Setup
Go to Subscriptions Management > Subscriptions and click Search Certified Integration Marketplace and Subscribe.
Click the ShipHero Integration title.
Click the Subscribe button.
Enter the Name of the subscription and select a Version. It can be set to any relevant and unique subscription name within the company where this subscription is created.
Select Create Default Mappings (recommended). If you don’t want to create default mappings and want to create all mappings from scratch, then uncheck this box.
Enable the Skip Parent Product option to determine how variant products are created in ShipHero. Setting this option to True ensures that only the variant itself is created as a product in ShipHero. If this option is not selected or set to False, the system creates the Parent Product and the Variant in ShipHero.
Recommended Values
TRUE when you want variants to exist independently as products.
FALSE or blank when a parent-child structure must be preserved.
Enter the Variant Inventory Poll Batch Size Time Span, which defines the time span (in hours) covered by each polling batch during variant inventory synchronization. This setting helps optimize performance and prevents API overload by dividing large data ranges into smaller, manageable intervals.
Recommended Values
Initial Setup: 6 hours
Ongoing Operations: 12 hours
High Volume: 24 hours
For example, if the Variant Inventory Poll Batch Size Time Span Preset is set to 6, each polling batch will retrieve inventory records within a 6-hour window, continuing iteratively until the full date range has been processed.
Enter the Variant Inventory Poll Search Days, which defines the number of days prior to the current date and time from which the initial polling should begin. This setting determines how far back the system should look when fetching records during the first polling run.
Recommended Values
Initial Setup: 3 days
Ongoing Operations: 5 days
High Volume: 7 days
For example, if today’s date is October 21, 2025, and the preset is set to 3, polling will fetch records starting from October 18, 2025.
Enter the Password and Username for your ShipHero account.
Provide the API URL endpoint for your ShipHero subscription. For example:

Click Apply to save the subscription settings.
Post-Installation Verification
After completing the installation, perform these tests to verify the installation.
Data Sync Test
Initiate a sample data pull. (To iPaaS.com).
Initiate a sample data push. (From iPaaS.com).
Functionality Test
Run an end-to-end business process.
Validate key features like field mappings, workflow triggers, and logging.
Review integration logs in iPaaS.com.
