Introduction to Linnworks
Linnworks is an order and inventory management platform that helps multichannel retailers centralize operations across marketplaces, storefronts, and fulfillment partners.
Used by multichannel retailers and eCommerce sellers managing orders and inventory across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and hundreds of other marketplaces
Popular with operations teams that need a single system for stock forecasting, order routing, and shipping management
Connecting Linnworks to iPaaS.com enables order, inventory, and fulfillment data to sync reliably with your ERP and commerce systems, reducing overselling and manual reconciliation
API Version Support
The integration calls the Linnworks REST API. Data requests use your account's region-specific host (for example, https://eu-ext.linnworks.net/api), and authorization uses the Linnworks authorization server at https://api.linnworks.net. See the Linnworks Connections and Settings and Linnworks API Endpoints articles for details.
Data Flows
The table below summarizes the data the integration can move between iPaaS.com and Linnworks, and in which direction. Arrows show the direction of transfer:
→ iPaaS.com writes the data to Linnworks
← iPaaS.com reads the data from Linnworks
↔ the data can move in both directions
Allow Initialization? indicates whether that data can be bulk-loaded from Linnworks when a subscription first connects. Whether a given flow is enabled, and in which direction, is configured per subscription during implementation.
iPaaS.com | Direction | Linnworks | Allow Initialization? |
Product | → | Product | |
Product Inventory | → | Stock Level | |
Order | ← | Order | |
Order Tracking Number | → | Shipment Info |
Products are written to Linnworks with their variants, and stock levels are pushed to Linnworks. Orders are captured from Linnworks with their line items, addresses, payments, and notes, and shipment tracking information is written back to Linnworks.

The integration follows its own version numbers. The current version is 1.0.
Version | Release Notes |
1.0 (current) | Write products (with variants) and stock levels to Linnworks, capture orders from Linnworks, and write shipment tracking information back to Linnworks. Errors the integration records carry a stable error code with a plain-language cause and resolution. |
