iPaaS.com <> Pimcore: Background

Learn about the Pimcore integration and what it supports.

Introduction to Pimcore

Pimcore is an open-core platform that combines PIM, DAM, MDM, and DXP capabilities, giving enterprise teams a flexible foundation for managing and delivering product and customer experience data.

  • Used by enterprises that need a unified platform for product data, digital assets, and content across multiple brands, channels, and/or markets

  • Strong fit for organizations that want an open, extensible solution they can customize to fit complex data governance requirements

  • Connecting Pimcore to iPaaS.com enables product, asset, and master data to flow automatically into your Ecommerce systems, keeping information consistent across every touchpoint

API Version Support

The integration works with Pimcore through the Pimcore Datahub GraphQL API and Datahub webhooks, configured with your Datahub endpoint, configuration name, and API key. See the Pimcore Connections and Settings and Pimcore API Endpoints articles for details.

Data Flows

The table below summarizes the data the integration can move between iPaaS.com and Pimcore, and in which direction. Arrows show the direction of transfer:

  • iPaaS.com writes the data to Pimcore

  • iPaaS.com reads the data from Pimcore

  • the data can move in both directions

Allow Initialization? indicates whether that data can be bulk-loaded from Pimcore when a subscription first connects. Whether a given flow is enabled, and in which direction, is configured per subscription during implementation.
