Introduction to HubSpot
HubSpot is a leading CRM platform used by sales, marketing, and service teams to manage the full customer lifecycle from first contact to closed deal and beyond.
Used by SMBs and mid-market companies across virtually every industry
Popular with teams that want marketing, sales, and service tooling under one roof without heavy IT overhead
Connecting HubSpot to iPaaS.com keeps customer records, products, transactions, and company data synchronized across your commerce and ERP systems in real time
API Version Support
The integration works with your account's HubSpot CRM API (v3), served under the public API base address https://api.hubapi.com, using the CRM object resources for contacts, companies, products, orders, and their properties. The connection is configured with your HubSpot credentials. Initialization is not supported for HubSpot, so records synchronize through the mapping collections rather than a bulk import. See the HubSpot Connections and Settings and HubSpot API Endpoints articles for details.
Data Flows
The table below summarizes the data the integration can move between iPaaS.com and HubSpot, and in which direction. Arrows show the direction of transfer:
→ iPaaS.com writes the data to HubSpot
← iPaaS.com reads the data from HubSpot
↔ the data can move in both directions
Allow Initialization? indicates whether that data can be bulk-loaded from HubSpot when a subscription first connects. HubSpot does not support initialization, so this column is left blank; whether a given flow is enabled, and in which direction, is configured per subscription during implementation.
iPaaS.com | Direction | HubSpot | Allow Initialization? |
Customer | ↔ | Contact | |
Company | ↔ | Company | |
Customer Category | ↔ | Property | |
Product | → | Product | |
Order | → | Order |
Contacts and companies carry their addresses and their contact-to-company relationships. Orders carry their line items. Customer categories map to HubSpot properties.
Versions and Release Notes
The integration follows its own version numbers. The current version is 1.0.
Version | Release Notes |
1.0 (current) | Bi-directional synchronization of contacts, companies (with their relationships), and customer categories; and writing of products and orders (with line items) to HubSpot. |
