iPaaS.com <> SysTrack: Background

Learn about the SysTrack integration and what it supports.

Introduction to SysTrack

SysTrack by Lakeside is a digital experience monitoring and IT analytics platform that collects endpoint telemetry data to help IT teams understand, predict, and resolve performance issues across physical and virtual devices.

  • Used by enterprise IT organizations managing large fleets of endpoints including remote workers, virtual desktops, and on-premise devices

  • Particularly valuable for IT teams that need proactive visibility into device health, application performance, and user experience at scale

  • Connecting SysTrack to iPaaS.com enables IT monitoring data to feed into broader operational workflows, allowing alerts and device insights to trigger actions in your ITSM, HR, or business systems automatically

API Version Support

The integration uses the SysTrack REST API to capture users and sensor events and to write autofix runs. The API host and credentials are configured in your subscription's connection settings. See the SysTrack Connections and Settings and SysTrack API Endpoints articles for details.

Data Flows

The table below summarizes the data the integration can move between iPaaS.com and SysTrack, and in which direction. Arrows show the direction of transfer:

  • iPaaS.com writes the data to SysTrack

  • iPaaS.com reads the data from SysTrack

  • ←→ the data can move in both directions

Allow Initialization? indicates whether that data can be bulk-loaded from SysTrack when a subscription first connects. Whether a given flow is enabled, and in which direction, is configured per subscription during implementation.
