Reviewing, Diagnosing and Addressing Errors

Header

  1. Search: Search and filter errors.

  2. Show Per Page: The number of records to show per page below. Important to be mindful of this for performing bulk actions as select all will only apply to the current page.

  3. Refresh: Refresh the error log.

  4. Bulk Retry: Retry selected errors.

  5. Bulk Dismiss: Dismiss selected errors.

Individual Errors

  1. Direction: The direction of the data.

  2. ID: The identifier of the error that includes on the following 3 lines:

    1. Subscription Name

    2. Webhook

    3. Record Name/ID

  3. Create/Last Date: The date that the call was first tried, the most recent date it was tried and how many time it has been tried.

    1. First Date Tried

    2. Last Date Tried

    3. Number of Times Tried

  4. Status:

    1. Active

    2. Retry Pending

    3. Manual Fix Required (This is likely due to an error caused by an error filter)

  5. Description: The description of the error.

  6. Retry: Click here to retry this call.

  7. Debug: Retry this row with debug logging (see next page).

  8. Dismiss Error: Dismiss this error.

Debug Page

  1. Search: ID should pre-populate if this page was reached from the error logs.

  2. Activity ID: ID of the debug log below (should be the same as the search box).

  3. System ID: ID of the external system this record is going TO or coming FROM.

  4. Timestamp: Timestamp of the debug log.

  5. Status: If the log is active, errored or queued.

  6. Application: Action being taken along with the status.

  7. Details: Details of the action.
