API Version Support
The integration uses the SugarCRM v11 REST API (for example v11_25), called against your own SugarCRM instance at https://<your-sugarcrm-host>/rest/<version>. It is not built for Sugar Market or SugarCRM's older SOAP or v10-and-earlier REST APIs. The integration does not run a background poll; new and changed Accounts reach iPaaS.com through SugarCRM's Web Logic Hook or an on-demand Manual Sync. Accounts carry their address fields. New and changed Accounts are captured through SugarCRM's Web Logic Hook or a Manual Sync rather than a scheduled poll.
