Introduction to Copper CRM
Copper is a CRM built exclusively for Google Workspace users, designed to manage contacts, pipelines, and relationships without leaving the tools your team already uses.
Used by SMBs and professional services firms heavily invested in the Google ecosystem
Popular with sales and account management teams that live in Gmail and Google Calendar
Connecting Copper to iPaaS.com keeps customer and transaction data in sync with your Ecommerce, POS and ERP systems, so your sales team always has accurate account information
API Version Support
The integration uses the Copper CRM Developer API v1 (the developer_api/v1 path), served under the base address https://api.copper.com. Copper does not publish a dated or otherwise versioned API scheme beyond this path, so the integration is built against Copper's documented production endpoints. See the Copper CRM Connections and Settings and Copper CRM API Endpoints articles for details.
Data Flows
The table below summarizes the data the integration can move between iPaaS.com and Copper, and in which direction. Arrows show the direction of transfer:
→ iPaaS.com writes the data to Copper
← iPaaS.com reads the data from Copper
↔ the data can move in both directions
Allow Initialization? indicates whether that data can be bulk-loaded from Copper when a subscription first connects. Whether a given flow is enabled, and in which direction, is configured per subscription during implementation.
iPaaS.com | Direction | Copper | Allow Initialization? |
Customer | ↔ | Person | |
Transaction | → | Activity |
People carry their address fields. Transactions are logged to Copper as activities.

The integration follows its own version numbers. The current version is 1.0.
