Removing a MiSP from Servicing your Account

As a subscriber it is in your control to remove an MiSP and/or select a new one

Under the My Company Menu, select Manage MiSP.

Click on the delete icon next to the selected MiSP.

Or select a new MiSP from the list. If you do this, the links to the current MiSP will not be cut until your new MiSP accepts your invitation.

Once a MiSP is removed (either by deleting them or by another MiSP accepting your request) it will cut all ties with them in iPaaS.com including removing any approved Role Shares.
