An introduction to MiSP selection and role shares

Updated over a week ago

More information about what an MiSP is and how they can support your account can be found here.

In order to grant a MiSP access to your iPaaS.com account, you need to both provide the user access to your account as well as approve a MiSPRole Share Request that you’ll receive from them.

A Role Share is a role (with associated permissions) that the MiSP has created. They can then assign this role to various employees to service your account. Should an employee of an MiSP organization no longer need access to the account, or no longer be employed by the MiSP, the MiSP will remove them and they will no longer have access to your account.

Both you and the MiSP can revoke a Role Share at any time.
