Getting Started
To access User and Role Management:
Available Management Options
From the User and Role Management screen, you can access:
User Management - Add, edit, and remove user accounts.
Role Management - Create and manage permission roles.
Role Management for MiSPs - Use the additional features for MiSPs.
MiSP Role Share Requests - Handle service provider access requests.
API Keys - Generate keys for external system integration.
MiSP Interface Differences
If you're using User/Role Management as a Managed Integration Service Provider (MiSP), you'll see additional options in your interface:
User Management, Role Management, and API Keys function the same for both Subscribers and MiSPs. MiSPs have additional capabilities for managing multiple client accounts and role-sharing requests.
